Privacy Policy for Albany GA Plumbing Pros: What You Share and Who Sees It
This policy is short because the site collects very little. It covers phone calls, email, and the outside services the pages load.
Last updated October 19, 2026.
What we collect
This site has no contact forms, no accounts and no checkout. The information we receive comes from two places: a phone call to (229) 367-1193 and an email to [email protected].
- On a call: your phone number, the address of the job, a description of the problem and anything else you choose to say.
- In an email: your email address, your message and any attachment you send.
We ask only for what is needed to route the call, so you can decline to answer anything that does not seem necessary, though a plumber cannot be sent without an address.
Who receives your details when a call is routed
When a call is routed, the details you gave go to the plumber serving your area, because the plumber cannot reach you or the property without them. Plumbers are independent businesses, and what they do with your information once they are on the job is covered by their own practices.
Routing a call never requires payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or account passwords, so do not read them out on a call to this line.
Cookies, and the Google Fonts and Maps services this site loads
The pages of this site do not set cookies of their own and do not load advertising or analytics scripts. Two outside services are used, and both receive your IP address and browser details when they load, and may set their own cookies:
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, loaded from Google's servers.
- Google Maps shows the embedded maps on the home page, the contact page and each neighborhood page.
Google's own privacy terms apply to those requests. Links to government and news pages leave this site, and their owners set their own policies.
Children, changes and questions
This site is written for adults who own, rent or manage property and is not directed at children. If the way we handle information changes, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
To ask what we hold about you, or to ask that it be removed, email [email protected]. For anything urgent, use the page of ways to reach us and call.
